If you are a larger organisation, or have specific requirements in mind, one of our package deals may not suffice. We also provide a customer guided design service, for a very low hourly rate. 

How we work 

We are keen to discuss your objectives, so we can develop a firm marketing strategy for the proposed  site. Simply having a web site is not enough. Your prime objective should be to build and strengthen your identity on the web.  

When you contact us we will discuss your requirements, then provide you with a price and time scale estimate before we start work. This way you know exactly how much you are likely pay, and how long it is going to take, before any work is undertaken. If you are happy with our price, simply send us your deposit, then we will schedule the work.  

When the project is underway, we can send you previews on floppy disk, or via e-mail. Alternatively we can arrange to host your site at a private address, known only to yourself. During the life span of the project, you can connect to this preview site to look at the progress that has been made, as well as providing feedback and guidance. Please note that preview site hosting will be subject to an additional charge.  

Low Cost Updates 

If you don't have the necessary in-house expertise to support and update your site after its launch, we are happy to offer a low cost update / maintenance service for £7.50 per half hour (as minor updates can be done very quickly, we feel it unfair to our customers to charge an hourly rate).  
  
Search Engine Registration 

We are pleased to provide a search engine registration service. For a small extra charge, we will register your site with a number of Internet search engines. We can also help with the development of reciprocal links with other related sites. These measures help to ensure that potential customers can actually find their way to your site. 
 
How Much Will All This Cost? 
 
While we agree that price is important, it shouldn't be the only deciding factor when choosing a designer to develop your on-line image.  

A Web presence can be a powerful marketing tool, so it is important to get it right. A well designed site can project an image of strength, integrity, quality and longevity. It can place the smaller enterprise on a level playing field with much larger organisations. Get it wrong, and you could do more harm than good. A poorly designed/constructed site could seriously damage your credibility.  

Our standard rate is £15+VAT per hour for web design work. A simple on-line brochure may typically take 10-30 hours to complete. We can give you a more definite idea of price if you call us to discuss your requirements. We will need to know:  
 

	The number of pages you require
	About any custom graphics or animations that are required
	About existing graphics, logos and other existing promotional material to be included.
	About any on-line ordering facilities you may require.
